Rotational Molding

Rotational molding is a versatile process for creating unique, extremely tough parts in one-piece construction. Dry, powdered plastic is added to a closed mold and heated while rotating bi-axially. After cooling, the part is de-molded and ready for secondary operations.

This process can result in unique shapes with one-piece construction. The parts are rugged and stress-free. This process has a faster tooling to production time frame. It is good for small and large volume production. Metal parts and graphics can be integrated into this process.
